Day 1
Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Your budget safari adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from Arusha. You will drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds.
Tarangire is one of Tanzania’s most scenic parks, especially during the dry season when wildlife gathers along the Tarangire River. During your full-day game drive, expect to see elephants in large family groups, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, and various antelope species. Predators such as lions and leopards can also be spotted resting in trees or hidden in the tall grass.
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park while surrounded by the beauty of the African savannah.
In the late afternoon, drive to a budget campsite or budget lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2
Tarangire – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart for the world-famous Serengeti National Park, driving through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands.
As you enter Serengeti, the landscape opens into endless golden plains that define the true African safari experience. Serengeti is home to the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration (seasonal) and an incredible concentration of predators.
Enjoy an afternoon game drive upon arrival. You may see lions resting on rocky kopjes, cheetahs scanning the plains, elephants crossing the savannah, and large herds of zebras and wildebeests grazing freely.
Dinner and overnight at a public campsite or budget tented camp inside Serengeti.

Day 3
Full Day Serengeti Game Drive
Today is dedicated to exploring the vast wilderness of Serengeti with a full-day game drive.
Serengeti offers some of the best wildlife viewing in Africa. Early morning hours provide excellent opportunities to see predators in action. Lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals are commonly seen. The park also supports large populations of buffalo, giraffes, gazelles, hippos, and crocodiles.
If traveling during migration season, you may witness dramatic wildlife interactions as thousands of wildebeests and zebras move across the plains.
After an exciting day in the bush, return to your campsite or budget camp for dinner and overnight under the African sky.

Day 4
Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater – Departure
After early breakfast, depart Serengeti and drive to the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater.
Descend 600 meters into the crater floor for a half-day game drive in one of Africa’s most wildlife-dense areas. The crater is home to nearly 25,000 animals, including the endangered black rhino, powerful lion prides, massive buffalo herds, hippos, zebras, and flamingos along the soda lake.
The Ngorongoro Crater offers one of the best opportunities to see the Big Five in a single day.
After a picnic lunch near the hippo pool, ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha or transfer to the airport for departure.
