Full Itinerary

Day 1

Fly into Serengeti National Park

Your safari begins with a light-aircraft flight into Serengeti National Park, offering sweeping aerial views as the plains stretch endlessly beneath you. On landing, your guide meets you at the airstrip and the first game drive begins immediately.

The Serengeti sets the tone with its sense of scale and life. Lions lounge on rocky kopjes, cheetahs scan the grasslands, and herds of wildebeest and zebra move across the plains depending on the season. The afternoon is spent exploring key wildlife areas before heading to your camp for dinner and overnight, surrounded by the sounds of the African night.

OVERNIGHT:

Tented Camp/ lodge

MEALS:

Lunch & Dinner

Day 2

Full Day Serengeti Safari

A full day in the Serengeti allows the experience to slow down and deepen. Early morning game drives reveal predators at their most active, while mid-day focuses on observing behavior and interactions rather than covering distance. Your guide adapts the route based on real-time wildlife movement, whether along river systems, open plains, or kopjes.

A bush picnic keeps you immersed in the landscape, followed by a relaxed afternoon drive when the light softens and animals re-emerge. Spending a second night in the Serengeti brings continuity, giving time for the vast ecosystem to truly sink in.

OVERNIGHT:

Tented Camp/ lodge

MEALS:

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 3

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, you depart the Serengeti by road toward the Ngorongoro Crater, crossing from open plains into cooler highland scenery. Along the way, the landscape shifts dramatically, offering insight into the ecological diversity of northern Tanzania.

You descend into the crater for a game drive on the crater floor, one of Africa’s most wildlife-dense environments. Black rhino, large bull elephants, lions, buffalo, hippos, and abundant birdlife can all be seen within a compact area. After a picnic lunch, you ascend the rim and continue to your lodge for overnight near the crater.

OVERNIGHT:

Tented Camp/ lodge

MEALS:

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 4

Lake Manyara National Park

The journey continues to Lake Manyara National Park, a small but remarkably diverse park set at the base of the Great Rift Valley. Groundwater forests give way to open floodplains and the alkaline lake itself, creating a completely different safari atmosphere.

Lake Manyara is known for its tree-climbing lions, large baboon troops, forest elephants, and rich birdlife, including flamingos during certain seasons. Game drives here are intimate and varied, offering close-up encounters and strong photographic opportunities. You continue afterward to Tarangire area for overnight.

OVERNIGHT:

Tented Camp/ lodge

MEALS:

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 5

Tarangire National Park & Return to Arusha

Your final safari day takes you into Tarangire National Park, a park defined by ancient baobab trees and one of the largest elephant populations in Tanzania. The Tarangire River draws wildlife year-round, making game viewing especially rewarding.

After a relaxed game drive and picnic lunch, you exit the park and drive back to Arusha, where your safari concludes in the late afternoon. The journey ends with a sense of completion—four distinct parks, each revealing a different side of Tanzania’s natural heritage.
