Full Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at JRO to Southern Serengeti (Ndutu)
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA), you will be warmly welcomed by one of our professional driver guides, who will assist you with your luggage and provide a short briefing about your safari ahead.
You will then begin your scenic road journey to Ndutu, located in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Enjoy the changing landscapes as you pass through local villages, farmlands, and open plains, with opportunities to spot wildlife even before reaching the park. You will stop for lunch en route and have time to stretch and take in the views.
Upon arrival in Nutu, you’ll check in to your lodge or tented camp. If time permits, enjoy a short sunset game drive in the surrounding area, known for its seasonal wildlife migrations and predator activity.

Day 2: Southern Serengeti (Ndutu)
Today you will enjoy a full-day safari in the Southern Serengeti (Ndutu), known for its rich wildlife and seasonal migration activity. We recommend starting early in the morning to catch the best wildlife sightings during the cooler hours, when predators are most active.
Explore the diverse landscapes of Ndutu-open plains, woodlands, and alkaline lakes — home to lions, cheetahs, giraffes, elephants, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras.
Around midday, enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot in the bush before continuing your game drive into the afternoon. Return to your lodge or camp in the early evening for dinner and relaxation.

Day 3: Southern Serengeti to Serengeti Central
After an early breakfast, depart from Ndutu in the Southern Serengeti and begin your journey to Central Serengeti (Seronera), enjoying a game drive en route. This scenic drive offers excellent opportunities to spot wildlife along the way, as the ecosystem transitions from the open plains of the south to the rolling hills and riverine valleys of the central region.
The Central Serengeti is renowned for its year-round concentration of wildlife, especially around the Seronera River, which attracts predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs. You will proceed with afternoon game drive to explore the heart of the Serengeti.
Return to your accommodation before sunset for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Serengeti Central
Enjoy a full day of game drives in Central Serengeti, one of the most iconic areas of the park, known for its open plains, rocky outcrops (kopjes), and exceptional wildlife density. Head out early in the morning to catch predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards at their most active, and spend the day tracking herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, and various antelope species.
Break for lunch at your lodge or enjoy a packed picnic in a scenic spot before continuing your afternoon exploration. The landscape offers incredible photo opportunities and frequent wildlife encounters throughout the day. Return to your lodge or camp in the evening for dinner and overnight

Day 5: Serengeti Central to Ngorongoro Crater- Karatu
After an early breakfast, depart Central Serengeti and enjoy a game drive en route as you travel toward the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater.
Upon arrival at the crater rim, descend into the crater for game drive on the crater floor, home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five, hippos, flamingos, and the rare black rhino.
After a packed lunch at a scenic spot inside the crater, continue your drive to Karatu, a charming town nestled in the highlands just outside the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at your lodge in the late afternoon to relax, enjoy dinner

Day 6: Departure from Karatu to KIA
After breakfast and a relaxed morning at your lodge, begin your road transfer from Karatu to Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA), a journey of approximately 4 to 5 hours depending on traffic and road conditions.
Enjoy the scenic drive through the highlands, past coffee plantations and bustling towns, with the option to stop for souvenirs or a final photo stop along the way. Arrive at the airport in time for your international departure flight, marking the end of your unforgettable Tanzanian safari adventure.
